Usui Reiki is a hands-on energy healing established by Dr. Mikao Usui little more than a century ago. The word “Reiki” means “Universal Life Energy” in Japanese. A Reiki practitioner can channel Reiki energy to themselves and others with the intention to let Reiki energy bring the person into harmony and wholeness. Reiki is an alternative healing modality, which addresses a person in all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It’s commonly used in holistic and integrative medicine to complement other healing practices.
What Usui Reiki does?

- Stress relief and management
- Helps with balancing emotions and emotional blockages
